I requested a payout and I haven't received my check yet.
First, make sure you responded to our email confirming your withdrawal request. We do this to try to minimize the possibility of someone hijacking someone else's account. If you haven't heard from us, please check your spam folder for your confirmation email or any other responses from us indicating any difficulties with your transaction. If that doesn't work, it's possible we did not receive your request or that we had the wrong address on file. Please contact us if it's been more than two weeks since you requested your payout and make sure to provide your e-mail address, name, the amount of your payout and the date you sent your original request.
I'm having technical problems with the game or the site. How should I contact you?
E-mail us here and we will look into it. Please provide your operating system, web browser name and version, along with any details we might need to reproduce the error and we will investigate.
I have some ideas on how to make the game better. Where should I send my ideas?
First, we would love to hear your ideas, but you have to realize that if you send them to us, you will give up all rights to those ideas. Because we get ideas from many places and may already be working on different approaches, you will not be entitled to any form of compensation for any ideas, questions or other items you may submit. (Man am I starting to hate lawyers...) That said, if you do have ideas you want to submit, email us here.
