Users may request a withdrawal of funds from their available account balance at any time. Account holders with pending deposits must wait until those funds clear before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal privileges may be revoked for security purposes when account fraud is suspected.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within seven business days after receipt of request by Big Money Trivia. Prior to dispersion of funds, you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds to your account.
Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's name and address on file. In no circumstances will a payment be made to a Post Office Box or other non-physical address. All changes of address requests must be submitted to Big Money Trivia and verified before payment will be made to a new address. The Management of Big Money Trivia retains the right, without limitation, to use whatever means of identification verification it deems appropriate for the protection of its players and the Company in all circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $25. A $10 charge will apply if special handling or an exception to this policy is requested. (If you would like to withdraw less than $25, please email us at TheGoodFolks@BigMoneyTrivia.com.) Pass through charges may be applicable where either the sending or receiving institution charges for their service in processing the withdrawal transaction. All withdrawal costs will be deducted from the withdrawal request.
All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the game winners. Big Money Trivia, by law, may be required to withhold certain taxes or other assessment with respect to the prizes awarded on Big Money Trivia and reserves the right to withhold any such applicable taxes with respect to such prizes.
Current IRS regulations require Big Money Trivia to send 1099 Forms to all U.S. citizens who win more than $600 in any calendar year. Big Money Trivia will send the forms within the first 45 days of the new year.
The IRS also requires the reporting of any transaction involving more than $10,000.
To comply with these regulations, Big Money Trivia may require winners to provide their social security numbers prior to the release of their winnings.
Non-U.S. residents are subject to United States tax withheld from winnings and are responsible for any local taxes
Big Money Trivia reserves the right to refund winnings to any payment method you have used to deposit with up to the total amount you deposited. Amounts in excess of your deposits or in cases where money cannot be credited back to the original deposit method, will be refunded by any means the company chooses, including, but not limited to checks. All transactions will be processed in accordance with international banking rules and procedures.
